Hibi Expertise
HiBI increased its expertise in the areas of production and logistics, going so far as to develop a second-level datamart for the analysis of seasonal progress, starting with sales orders, following to production and warehouse disbursement to how much and when the goods arrived at the final customer.
All this was possible through the creation of a data model that put together multiple sources such as sales orders, production orders, warehouse movements, production plan shipment and forecast.
The following report (created with Power BI Report Builder with the purpose of scheduling it weekly) aims to analyze the production process, comparing it with the forecasts entered in the production plan.
In particular, it analyzes the quantities on plan with those to be produced/actually produced and the quantity ordered. It then analyzes the goods returned from order and shipped, making comparisons with the plan estimates.
