Corporate Performance Management (CPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) are generally defined as the processes and systems used to monitor and manage the performance of an enterprise. Sales planning is the most common process in this area.

Sales budget planning is a time-consuming process. Management sets ambitious goals, and sales teams have to figure out how best to achieve them. The result? An iterative process that usually generates a large number of Excel spreadsheets and disparate data from different systems.
